can chap may and i both declare to the whole wide world that we are too darned proud of ourselves today ? we not only kept to our promises, but also had tonnes of fun while keeping TO the promises. so what are we so bloody proud of, you may ask. well, wait no longer ! WE WENT TRULY EXCERSING THIS EVENING !!!! okay. to you, we may seem like some bimbotic freaks that care only about apearance ( which we do. like c'mon who doesnt. ) but it also keep us fit ! and healthy ! so we did everything we did like the jumping jacks ( my new found jones. 1 2 3 4, 5 6 7 8. 1 2 3 4 , 5 6 7 8. ) and high kick ( 1, 2 3 kick ! 1234. 123 kick ! 1234. ) and then we have stretching of our every muscles we did sit ups we did inclined pull ups we did push ups ( chap may here. not me. i can never lift myself upzZzZzZ. ) and we jogged !!!! for one round.
